Sophie has been living in the UAE for eight years now and is a first year media student in Middlesex University Dubai. The inspiration for her artworks displaying the four seasons came on one sunny afternoon. "I was sitting at home and my family back in Germany sent pictures on Whatsapp of the beautiful fall season, leafs in all different colors and puddles of dirty rain water on the ground. When I looked at the pictures I started to feel sad and home sick since it was still too hot to even open the window in my room at that time of the year here in the UAE. So I thought to myself, I'll just draw myself the fall and that's when I got into displaying all four of the seasons."
